Our Services
ILM’s services are focused on Leadership and Life Management Skill. It uses Holistic approach in its programs. All programs combine the change of paradigm (mindset) approach which is then completed with the provision of skill and competence (skill set) needed to carry out tasks well. This approach is proved to not only increases the participant's understanding on the training materials, but also further boost the participant's change of behaviour to immediately encouraged to apply them.
